Last Shots, Last Thoughts, of Mexico City

Luis Barragan Satellite...With traffic, it was difficult to get this shot. The master at work. Condesa, filled with trees, minmalist lofts...and...organic restaurants! Hymn practice!
Meu Mestre Mais Jesus Cristo Condesa...while there are so many beautiful buildings here, it is difficult to photograph because of the many beautiful trees. These trees are younger, so you can see the facade.
An Aztec ceremony in the historical center square. DO NOT BELIEVE what you might have heard about "savagery" amongst the Aztecs...They had an incredibly advanced spiritual and moral code. Aztec ceremony, alligning the four cardinal points, the cross.
Diego Rivera murals inside the Palacio (city hall). Here, he paints his wife, Frida, as a prostitute, showing some leg.
Traditional healers, masters of the natural world, employ herbal remedies to the inferm. Corn!
Professor Osho Viento At work
A woman, with a blue eyed child, hides her head.
The Palacio was built over the palace of Montezuma, right here in the center of the frame. Iconic symbolism in the parlamentary chambers.
Masonic symbolism on the ceiling. A replica of the Aztec city in the Metro station. Anyone see Jordorowsky? More minimalist arch.
Beto, lost. haha...glad he had a map!
Hmmmm...PAN is the right wing political party currently in power in Mexico, the country, as the city is more progressive. The world trade center in Colonia de Vale...not the prettiest building imo, but a landmark to keep from getting lost. Also an interesting story...The building was originally intended as a hotel...rumors about the building being haunted, kept the building vacant for years. Apparently, they decided to use a batman sky beacon-esque cross, which they projected on to the building for days until it was detirmined that the spirits had cleared the building for world trade to flurish.
Mas. y Mas. Piet Mondrian inspired...kinda cool!
